Tarento Becomes Patron of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in India

Tarento has been named a Patron of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce India, marking a significant milestone in its long-standing commitment to strengthening business collaboration between Sweden and India.

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce India operates with a mission to help Swedish companies build long-term, sustainable, and meaningful business in India.

For Tarento, the Patron designation represents more than institutional recognition. It reflects a journey shaped by the Sweden–India business relationship from the very beginning. Founded fifteen years ago by three engineers in Bangalore, Tarento began by delivering digital work for startups across Sweden and India. Today, it has grown into a 700+ person intelligent enterprise company headquartered in Stockholm, with deep operational roots in India.

The India–Nordic corridor has remained central to Tarento’s identity, culture, and strategic purpose since inception. Patron status formalises a commitment to the Sweden–India business community that has been integral to the company’s evolution over the years.

“Becoming a Patron of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce India is a natural next step in our journey,” said Rahul Karnawat, CEO, Nordic Management, Tarento Group. “The India–Nordic bridge has never been just a business model for us. It is who we are. This milestone belongs to every person at Tarento whose work, relationships, and standards made this recognition possible.”

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce India brings together companies across sectors and stages of establishment, united by a shared belief that meaningful collaboration between people, ideas, and markets creates outcomes greater than the sum of their parts. Tarento’s elevation to Patron status reflects the depth of its engagement with this community and its continued investment in strengthening the Sweden–India business relationship.
